Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging with Google Business Management Services By Ankit ("Specialist", "we", or "us"). By requesting an audit, consulting, or engaging in services, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of Services
Ankit provides independent advisory, optimization, and execution services for local businesses on Google Business Profile and local search engine optimization. Services include profile setup assistance, category research, service catalog formatting, photo hygiene, attribute management, review acquisition systems, and reinstatement appeal preparation.
2. Independent Service Provider Disclaimer
Google and Google Business Profile are registered trademarks of Google LLC. This website and Ankit are independent service providers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or sponsored by Google LLC. We do not represent Google customer support.
3. No Guaranteed Rankings or Reinstatement
Search algorithms, local pack placement, and account suspensions are controlled solely by Google LLC. We do not and cannot guarantee a #1 ranking, top 3-pack placement, specific phone call volumes, or guaranteed account reinstatement. Any promises of "guaranteed #1 rank" by third-party agencies violate industry standards. Our commitment is to execute 100% policy-compliant optimization that maximizes your legitimate competitive advantage.
4. Client Responsibilities & Truthful Representation
Clients agree to provide accurate, truthful business information, genuine business registration documentation (e.g., GST certificates, trade licenses, utility bills), and legitimate storefront photographs. We strictly refuse to create fake business listings, register virtual offices, add keyword spam to business names, or purchase fake reviews.
5. Safe Account Access
Clients must delegate profile access via official Google Business Profile Manager permissions. Clients should never disclose their personal Google account password. Clients retain full primary ownership of their listings and can revoke manager access at any time.
